Investigations
These investigations are designed as private events for groups of people, whether paranormal curious or experienced, who want to experience the house and its activity on their own, as a group, without the guidance of an investigator. These nights have been popular with curious folks who want to spend the night with some friends and paranormal investigation teams who want to explore the phenomena of the property.

If you intend to create content for any social media platform, you must read our Content Creator information to see if our guidelines apply to you before you book under Overnight Investigations.

These bookings are for the entire home and access to the land.
​
We do not provide any ghost hunting equipment. These nights will be experienced as you design the night for yourself and your other guests.

RATES:
Sunday - Thursday: $960.00/night for up to 6 people.
Friday and Saturday: $1280/night for up to 8 people.
$160/person for additional guests.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 12
DURATION: 13 Hours
ITINERARY:
7:00pm - Check-in
7:15pm - Guided tour of the house
7:45pm - You are on your own for the evening
8:00am - Time to go home. There is no formal checkout
WHAT TO BRING:
Ghost hunting equipment, a friendly attitude, sleeping bag or blankets, and a camera to take photos! You can also bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is a historic colonial home set on a property with varied terrain. Wear appropriate shoes. You are allowed to explore the property but be aware that floors can be uneven, and there are steep staircases. Please dress comfortably. Bring layers, and don't forget some water!

PARKING:
Do not park on the road. Park in our lot.
CHILDREN UNDER 18:
An Adult must accompany Children under the age of 18. A Parent or Legal Guardian of the Child must sign the Waiver. If a Parent or LG is not coming on the investigation, the signed Waiver must be printed and brought to TCH. The Adult who is accompanying the Child will also sign a Waiver on site. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ARE NOT PERMITTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will be expected to read, understand, and agree to all of our General Rules and House Policies and sign our Waiver when you arrive on-site.

NO REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE BOOKED EVENT
All eligible refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee per ticket.
No rescheduling within 21 days of the booked date.
All eligible rebookings are subject to a 10% change fee per ticket.

Investigations
Are you a social media influencer, YouTube, or another type of content creator? If so, do you have UNDER 15,000 followers/subscribers? If so, you can book under an Overnight Investigations but you must NOTIFY US and SIGN the Social Media Contract.

Are you a social media influencer, YouTube, or another type of content creator? Do you have 15,000 or MORE followers/subscribers, If YES, you must book through this booking tab, not the general Overnight Investigations schedule.
These opportunities are designed for you to explore the house on an overnight investigation as a private experience. You will be allowed to prepare content for online streaming to your followers and subscribers, subject to specific rules and conditions.

Are you a film or broadcast company seeking to feature The Conjuring House in one of your productions or as a location site? You must inquire directly with us to make arrangements. Please include a synopsis and/or outline of your production idea along with the number of days you are seeking to book and the dates.
